I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, offering both short-term and open-ended counselling tailored to your individual ne

No. Many people come because they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or not quite themselves, even if they can’t clearly name why. 


We’ll talk about what’s brought you to therapy and what feels difficult right now. It’s also a chance to see how it feels to talk together. 


It varies. Some people come for a short period to focus on something specific, others stay longer to explore deeper patterns over time. 


People often come with anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, relationship difficulties, or a general sense of feeling stuck or disconnected. 


Therapy can help you understand patterns in how you think, feel, and relate to others. Over time, this can create more clarity and choice in your life. 


That’s completely okay. We can work with silence, uncertainty, or whatever is present. You don’t need to arrive with anything prepared. 


Yes. Sessions can take place online if that suits you better than in-person work. 


Some people attend weekly, while others find fortnightly sessions work better. Together, we can find a rhythm that feels right for your circumstances and what you hope to get from therapy.  


My approach is relational and reflective. We work with what is happening in your life and in the therapy room, at a pace that feels manageable.   


 I offer counselling in Hackney and East London, alongside online therapy for clients across the UK
